Elivarium does not endorse or recommend any specific content, procedures, products or healthcare providers. Healthcare providers featured on the site are not employees or contractors of Elivarium.
The site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under Elivarium's control and Elivarium does not endorse or assume responsibility for their content. Access to or use of any third-party site is at your own risk. Your transactions with third parties found on the site are solely between you and those third parties. Elivarium will not be responsible for any loss or damage related to dealings with third parties.
Elivarium grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-assignable and non-exclusive license to use the site. Elivarium owns all content on the site, including text, photographs, videos, visual interfaces, graphics, design, code and software. We may change the site or remove features at any time and for any reason, without notice and at our sole discretion. We may terminate or suspend your use of the site at any time at our discretion, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately. Once your account is suspended or terminated, any data stored on the site may not be recoverable.
Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms or the site shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration as the sole and exclusive remedy. Any claim must be filed within one year after the event giving rise to the claim. Arbitration shall take place in the state where Elivarium's local offices are located. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs, except that the arbitrator's fee shall be split equally between the parties.
